Laura has been invited to her first university party, and she’s eager to make a good first impression. Her boyfriend has brought her along to meet his wealthy friends, hosting in a manor house on the desolate Black Dog moor. They wear strange animal masks, play strange party games, and have secrets behind them all.

In between drinks and picky bits, it becomes clear that Laura is a crucial step in their plan…

The Unstable Ensemble is a collection of young creatives aged 18 – 25 who write, produce, and perform their own plays. ‘Let Them Eat’ is the third production from the ensemble, coming after ‘It’s the End of The World and I’m Still in The Closet,’ and their production of the Wardrobe Ensemble’s ‘1972: The Future of Sex.’
