A Dublin Story
In Dublin, a city humming with possibility, Kat is starting over. Between lost friends, stray cigarettes, and a handsome busker, she finds herself caught between who she was and who she might become. Blending storytelling, music, and audience participation, this autobiographical piece captures the humour, heartbreak, and hope of beginning again. A funny, tender, and charming story about love, chance encounters, and the glow of something new.Helen Black is a storyteller, teacher, and theatre maker. She has performed her writing at events including The Moth, Shambala Festival, and Seanoiche, and hosts Story Club at Hastings Writers Workshop. ‘A Dublin Story’ will be performed at the Brighton Fringe in May.
