In an innovative, multi-media musical experience, Here, There be Monsters… sees Tom Thorp collaborate with illustrator Steve Bridger. Bringing together animation, painting, ancient poetry and transcendent jazz improvisation, to immerse audiences in the world of ancient mythology, folklore and story telling.
In this thought provoking concert and visual exhibition, ILUMETRIS perform their critically acclaimed album “Here, There be Monsters…” (AMP Records) whilst Bridger’s striking animations and artwork transport listeners even deeper into a world of minotaurs, vengeful giants, clouds of destructive pixies, majestic dragons and many more…
