Refunds & Exchanges Policy & Cancellation Procedure

Exchanges Policy

Exchanges for an alternative show can be made no later than 24 hours prior to the date of the booked performance.

  1. Tickets can be exchanged for any Stables Theatre Production.
  2. For incoming companies tickets can only be exchanged for another date in their production run.

When making an exchange for a Stables Theatre productions the customer can also be offered a gift voucher credit.

Refunds Policy

The Stables Theatre does not offer a refunds policy unless a performance is cancelled (See cancellation Policy below)

As  a gesture of goodwill tickets can be offered for resale if there is a waiting list for the show you hold a ticket for. Payment will be taken from new customer and monies refunded to the original customer.*

*(Note that there may be a discrepancy in the amount obtained from the re-sale due to membership prices)

Cancellation Policy & Procedure

There are a number of reasons why a performance is cancelled. In the unlikely event of this happening, a full refund will be given to all customers. Please follow the guidance given below. Should the theatre have to close for any reason please refer to the Emergency Closure Procedure.

Cancellation Procedure

If a performance is cancelled by either the Stables or an outside company, customers will be informed by email. Customers who have booked online will receive an automatic refund. Customers who have booked in person or by phone will be asked to contact the box office when they will be offered the choice of a refund in the form of the original payment, a gift voucher credit or a ticket for any other show *.

*(Further payment may be required should the selected ticket be of a higher price)

Customers who have not contacted the box office within 6 months of the cancellation date will then automatically receive a gift voucher.
