Direct from sell-out performances in London, Olivier award nominee Sophie-Louise Dann presents a festive edition of her cabaret in an evening of comedy, parody and sparkling musical entertainment. With songs from Sondheim to Sherman and a host of new British musicals she revisits characters that have earned her the reputation for being one of the West End’s favourite leading ladies. With Simon Beck at the piano.

Sophie-Louise Dann’s career has encompassed the worlds of opera, musical theatre, radio and film.

Celia in The Girls (Olivier nomination – Best Actress in a Musical; Phoenix) Paula Paxton in Bend it Like Beckham (Phoenix); Barbara Castle MP in Made in Dagenham (Adelphi); Diana Divane in Lend Me a Tenor! (Olivier Award nomination – Best Supporting Performance in a musical; Gielgud),  Dot in Sunday in the Park with George (Chatelet du Paris) and Madame Thénardier in Les Misérables (UK Tour)

She is a regular guest artiste with BBC Concert Orchestra on Friday Night is Music Night, and has performed in cabaret in New York, London and LA.


Alongside being a music supervisor/director of West End and touring theatre, Simon has enjoyed a varied concert and cabaret career conducting/playing piano for such stars as Christina Bianco, Stephanie J Block, Susan Boyle, Barbara Cook, Cynthia Erivo, Maria Friedman, Haydyn Gwynne, Andrew Lippa, Lorna Luft, Millicent Martin, Lee Mead, Elaine Paige, and Monty Python, as well as concerts with the BBC Concert Orchestra.
